Store Policy

Customer Care

   Irish Blossoms is a customer orientated business. Our main goal is embellish your event location, just the way you have dreamt it.

   For customised centrepieces, we rely on creating a design that must be approved by the client, at least 2 months prior to the event. Once received the confirmation form, no changes can be applied to the design, excluding upgrades. 

   For pre- designed centrepieces, Irish Blossoms requires at least 1 month notice to be able to provide the Service. The date of the event must be stipulated when the first payment is received.

Venue Pictures:

   We will hold the right of taking pictures of the venue before and after the centrepieces set up for Marketing purposes. These pictures will be only of the venue and not guest, nor brides or grooms will be included. We respect your privacy.

Packages must be paid as per specifications:
​

First payment:

 

   A 40% deposit when booking. This percentage is equal to 40% of the price of the package. This way you will secure the centrepieces on the date of your event.

​

Second payment:

​

   The remaining 60% of the price of the booked package must be paid three (3) days prior to the event.  Failing to cancel the total of the package will incur in the cancelation of the Service and a penalty equal to 40% of the total price of the package.

​

   An extra payment will be made under the Safety Deposit concept ( an extra payment equivalent to 50% of the value of the selected package) The safety deposit will be reimbursed to the customer once the event finishes if no damages are done to the centrepieces.

   Centrepieces must be returned in pristine state, as they were provided. Any damage costs will be deducted from the Safety Deposit.

Cancelations:

 

   Cancelation of the Service must be communicated via email, (Irishblossoms@outlook.com) no later than two (2) weeks prior the event. A penalty of 30 % of the total of package will be applied and deducted from the First Payment.

 

   Any cancelations after the 2 weeks grace period will incur in a penalty equal to the 40% of the value of the package that was reserved. The amount will be deducted from the First Payment made.

Data Protection:

   Please note that once the event has been finished and the Safety Deposit has been released, we commit to delete any data of you from our system within the next month. 

​

Our compromise

   We compromise to deliver a quality Service. Centrepieces will be delivered to the booking location the night before or the morning of the event (depending on availability). Centrepieces will be collected after the event finishes or the following morning, subject to agreement with the venue.
